1. Highland Park Formerly known as Sergei Kirov Park during the Soviet era, Highland Park—also called “Viewing Square”—is a beloved spot in Baku. It’s an ideal place to relax, breathe in fresh air, and enjoy stunning views of the city and the sea. You can unwind at the Highland Park Café while listening to classic lounge music. For a magical experience, visit at night to see the beautifully illuminated stairs. On warm summer days, the park offers a cool, breezy retreat.
